Bookings release policy
Our free sessions are very popular and we want to ensure that we can reach those who are in need of our services. Once you have booked onto a session, if you're unable to attend, please let us know in advance via email, our social media pages or by text. You can also reschedule bookings if registered on the system. This allows us to give your space to another participant. Failure to inform us will result in the release of your future bookings to allow others on the waiting list the opportunity to attend.
