At The Positive Movement Project we centre our work around moving to feel good, improve mental wellbeing and to foster social connections. We create safe, joyful, and empowering spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to care for their mental and physical wellbeing.
Our community-led programmes have helped participants reconnect with themselves and others through inclusive, fun, and accessible sessions.
